Questions to God
I wish I could meet God..not coz I have a wish-list that need immediate attention but ‘coz I have a list of Qs for which I need answers… ASAP! . I want to ask God What was his plan
->When a relationship that has survived so many years n almost defined love suddenly breaks up?
->When he kills the husband (who has been very healthy and shows no symptoms of death) just months before a couple celebrates their 25th Wedding Anniversary
->When he breaks up/separates a couple who have been married for 25 odd years
->When he kills the father of a 18-yr old.
->When he doesn’t give a baby to a couple who has been praying for one for many many yrs
->When a woman gets pregnant inspite of the couple not planning to have a baby...
->...n then they grow to love their li’l one..look forward to its birth but eventually the baby is born dead?
I want to know what God was thinking thru’ all these events that he planned.

PS: None of the above Qs is a piece of my imagination. All of it is the reality happening to some people I know!

I dont think its some sorta plan...it just happens...laws of science and everything. If everything went perfect,it would become pointless to exist. I dont say that all the sad things should have happened. But just sayin that if they did, i dont think it was a part of some bigger picture God is tryna build.
dunno....God's existence is probably one of the most frustrating speculations.

i believe in one thing: "wht's LIFE if everything goes on as planned". u r looking at an individual or two, but u r not looking at the broader picture. GOD is letting many people live happily....

But I really don't think 'God' is doing these things. Unfortunately, bad things sometimes happen to good people. Its up to the people themselves to figure out how to make their lives better despite all the shortcomings.
For example, the couple that cannot get pregnant..well, maybe something good will come out of this. Maybe they will adopt a child in need of a home, and then in turn make their own lives happy, as well as the child's.
This is called LIFE honey.
Oh, and that article you posted...that is outrageous!! It was so shocking to see that kid being tossed off from the building. I can't believe the government has not done something about it yet!!

To me God is an illusion in many ppl's minds. If He does exist, He better explain to me the Mess and the Reasons why. I see no great point in this crazy world that supposedly God created!

i dont think even he has answers to this... he may have planned everything well, and may be this was also a part of his plans to make ppl realise the worth of few...
and in case if u get the answer of the 1st question... do let me know... searching for it after 7 years of long time which is getting lost in 6 months :)

I think its God's way of teaching us that life is not a bed of roses the moment we start thinking that it is.
I totally agree to Sutta. Really, what is it that makes us think, that there is someone who is gonna answer our questions.
I feel there aint nobody. God's (if there is one) job was to give a life on the face of earth and then wash his hands off. Thats all.
Whats happening, no matter how bad, was either already planned, or just that it doesnt bother him

and in continuation of the modern india, i found a news item in times of india where a 1 day baby was left near the dump yard with insects having bitten the baby and the journo having the courage to click the baby with his eyes swollen and struggling to keep up with the life, he s surviving by some grace of god.
can this happen newhere else ?
Life to me is always confusing :( sometimes I wonder along the same lines....

The problems you have put here are absolutely very sad, but then there are a lot of things beyond this & worse than this. Have you read the recent news about this girl who was jailed in an underground dungeon (which had no window) for 24 yrs by her father and raped her and fathered 7 kids in there, she spent her entire life with the kids in captivity, never saw sunlight -- Can't imagine such a situation at all. I don't think I ask god too much of 'why' 'how' anymore..but this incident made me feel like asking God...why did she have to live such a terrible life?????????

I dont think he has an answer for any of those becouse I seriously doubt if he exists. I dont want to hurt anyones beliefs here but thats what life has taught me. I ve lost one of the most imp person in my life and I dont see if anything can ever make that right or justify it.... I dont think everything happens for the best.
The deaths are sad, and unavoidable I agree.
But the separations are the couples' own doing. Lets not blame God or anyone else for that!
I don't thing GOD makes these things happen--they just do.Having someone to blame and having someone to turn to, just makes people feel better about it!
Pavi ask teh first one from my end. Anytin to get God's convincin answer..
Always I have seen that we turn to God for help when our foundations are shaking, only to learn that it is God who is shaking them...
Answers never lie in a convoluted being invented by mankind as an excuse for weakness, cruelty, injustice and oppression that they commit on their fellow human beings...
well these are the problems i too know ppl going thru... i dunno..i never asked...nor did i believe that there was a plan for greater good.... i just ...passed by...ignored
